  • Please provide your order number, item information, reason for return, and photos (if applicable due to a quality issue).

2. Return Review

  • We will review your request within one to two business days.
  • After approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

3. Return the Item

  • Return the item to the address provided by customer service.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for your records.

4. Confirm Receipt and Refund/Exchange

  • Please inspect the goods upon receipt.
  • Confirmed items will be processed for refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.

💰 Shipping Information

  • For quality issues or incorrect items: Espaicenter covers return shipping costs.
  • For returns not due to quality issues (personal reasons): Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • We recommend choosing a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe returns.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be exchanged.
  • The exchange process is the same as the return process, and Espaicenter covers the reshipping costs.
  • Delivery time for exchanged items depends on the shipping address and the logistics carrier.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account (PayPal) within 3–7 business days after the returned goods are confirmed to be in good condition.
