- We will review your request within one to two business days.
- After approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Return the Item
- Return the item to the address provided by customer service.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number for your records.
4. Confirm Receipt and Refund/Exchange
- Please inspect the goods upon receipt.
- Confirmed items will be processed for refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be returned to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.

- For returns not due to quality issues (personal reasons): Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be exchanged.
- The exchange process is the same as the return process, and Espaicenter covers the reshipping costs.
- Delivery time for exchanged items depends on the shipping address and the logistics carrier.

- Refunds will be returned to the original payment account (PayPal) within 3–7 business days after the returned goods are confirmed to be in good condition.
